Create QR codes and download PNG, ZIP or Excel files

A QR code is an image you can scan with a camera to open a web page. Add a QR code for your Joo.is short link to a worksheet or notice so people can access the resource without typing a long address.

How to use it

  1. Create a short link for the URL you want to share.
  2. View the link’s QR code in your link list.
  3. Download one as PNG, or several as a ZIP or a link-and-QR Excel file.
  4. Before printing or distributing, scan the QR code with your phone to check its destination and the original resource’s viewing permissions.

Which file format should I choose?

Use PNG to insert an image in a worksheet or slide. Use ZIP to download several QR images together, or Excel to organize link URLs and QR codes in a table.

Making printed QR codes easy to scan

Leave a margin around the QR code and avoid making it too small. Scanning the actual printout is the most reliable check.
