Common questions
How is My Library different from a resource page?
My Library stores and organizes lesson links for reuse. A resource page presents links in a designed page for notices or workshops. Choose the one that fits your task.
Can students see my notes and tags?
Notes and tags are private. They are excluded from shared collection pages and QR handouts. Enter public descriptions separately in the handout preview.
Does copying a collection change the original?
Copies are independent. Titles, links, order, notes and tags are copied, with sharing off. Original Canva or Snorkl content is not duplicated.
Students cannot open a shared resource.
Check that collection sharing is on. Students also need access to the original Canva or Google Docs resource. Check permissions in the original service and the link you sent.
How do I save a QR handout as PDF?
Select resources and open QR handout. Choose Print / Save PDF, then Save as PDF in the browser print dialog. Use portrait A4 and the default scale.
Are handout QR codes the same as short-link QR codes?
Handouts use the original URLs saved in your library. They do not create short links or enable sharing. Download short-link QR images from the short-link screen.
Can I restore a deleted resource?
My Library currently has no trash or self-service restore button. Send support the resource name and deletion time so we can check recovery options. Recovery is not guaranteed.
I was signed out or forgot my password.
Sign in again if your session expired. Password accounts can use Forgot password on the login screen. If you signed up with Google, choose Continue with Google.
Is there a free plan?
A free plan is available. See the plans page for feature limits and current Plus availability.
Where do I install the Chrome extension?
The Chrome extension guide below includes the official Chrome Web Store link and instructions. Use Chrome on a computer.
How do I save a JooShow guide to Joo.is?
Create a guide share link in JooShow, then choose Save to Joo.is My Library. Sign in to Joo.is, choose a collection, check the title, and save. Only the title and link are stored; the original password and expiry still apply. Use collection sharing or QR handouts to distribute it. If the button is missing, update JooShow or add the share link manually.
